Northern Edge consists of a hunting preserve, a free range hunting area, and a game bird farm, all of which reside on the Baltrusch Land and Co. farm/ranch which has been in the family for over fifty years. In 2006 Prairie Farms Golf Course was built on a portion of the family’s Milk River frontage property and runs adjacent to the preserve allowing the newly built clubhouse to be utilized for both golfing and hunting. With an interest in wildlife and game bird management on the farm, Northern Edge was created to not only give the local residents of Havre a place to hunt but to give everyone a taste of the wildlife and beautiful landscape Montana has to offer.
